In the United States, Greece and Germany the cost is almost half that recorded the type given to Italy (in those countries, indeed, the procedure recovery of credit costs about 14.4 percent of the credit action). It requires, in fact, specify that the annual surveys of the World Bank, by 1 June each year, so can expect the news to the civil process introduced in 2009 with the "reform Civil Justice "contained in the Law of 18 June 2009, No 69 and other initiatives may affect positively on the next survey for the World Bank's "Doing Business 2011". It must also be noted that the detection method of the World Bank is being conducted in order to standard procedures and parameters on the ordinary procedure of cognition, while the practice of relations trade is much more frequent use of summary proceedings.

It is hoped that the measures adopted by Italy in the second half of 2009  can benefit future surveys.
